Hydraulic System: Utilizes high-quality hydraulic components, including valves and pumps, to ensure stable performance and precise pressure control. The system includes a water-cooling mechanism to maintain optimal oil temperatures, enhancing machine longevity.
Vibration System: Features a platform vibration mechanism with eccentric blocks and synchronized gears, delivering strong and uniform vibration.This design ensures high-density and high-strength blocks while reducing energy consumption.
Feeding System: Incorporates Q235 manganese steel feeding teeth and a double-pulley feeding box with pressing springs. This setup ensures even material distribution and prevents scattering, contributing to consistent block quality.
